DomCare is run by two people: a husband and wife. We have led the company from day one and are personally responsible for every property. Slava handles the technical side — repairs, organising the work, overseeing contractors.
Alina handles communication with owners and the upkeep of each property. Behind us is a small, steady team of vetted specialists.

We work with commercial property as well — offices, retail units, cafés, small warehouses. Most of our subscription and one-off services apply to it just as they do to residential: check-ins, cleaning, small repairs, coordinating contractors, overseeing work. For non-standard requests, get in touch — we'll agree on the format and a fixed price by message.
Yes, this is one of the situations where we are most useful. We take on regular check-ins, small repairs, cleaning, garden work, and everyday tasks — all of our services also work as "care for a loved one". The contract and payment can be set up in your name, reports with photos come to you after every visit, and the services are carried out at your relative's home in a way that is comfortable for them.
Slava and Alina speak English, Slovenian, and Russian by voice. In writing we understand and reply in German and other languages — we use a modern translation system.

One member of our family has a legal education, and on request we can give you general orientation: how property purchase or sale procedures work, rental contracts, immigration paperwork, taxes, registering a business in Slovenia. This is not legal advice and not a substitute for a licensed professional — it is help understanding what to do and where to go.
DomCare operates as a registered s.p. (samostojni podjetnik — Slovenian sole proprietor) in Slovenia. We ourselves carry out work that doesn't require special licences — small repairs, coordinating contractors, check-ins, cleaning through our team. For licensed work (electrical panel work, gas, roofing) we bring in specialist tradespeople and oversee the process.
Yes. A subscription is not required. Many of our clients start with a single task — a repair, an inspection, help with a purchase — and then, if they like it, move on to regular cooperation.
We agree a fixed price in advance. The price only changes if hidden circumstances come to light that could not have been spotted beforehand. In those cases we contact you straight away and agree the next steps — we never do work beyond the agreed scope without your consent.
Subscription clients pay according to the contract — monthly, or with payment in advance for a quarter or a year (at a discount). One-off services without a subscription are paid in advance or on site, as agreed. All prices are in euros (€). Convenient payment methods.
