Standard cleaning — for a property that's already in order

Regular cleaning — dust, floors, bathroom, kitchen, surfaces. Works to a fixed checklist. Suits a home that's already in good condition and just needs the standard kept up. The cleaner works with your vacuum and your products. Available in two formats: by subscription (min. 3 months) with a fixed schedule, or one-off — with no further commitment.

  • Horizontal surfaces — dusting, wiping down
  • External surfaces of household appliances
  • Sinks, taps, bathrooms, mirrors
  • Floors — vacuuming and mopping
  • Taking out the rubbish
  • Door handles and light switches

Specialised cleaning — when deep work is needed

Needed when the property hasn't had a deep clean in a long time, before move-in, after renovation, or at the start or end of the season. It reaches where standard cleaning doesn't: washing windows from the inside, cleaning inside cupboards and appliances, tile grout, limescale, the space behind furniture, radiators and ventilation grilles. We bring professional equipment and specialised products. Four kinds:

  • Deep clean — everything from the standard plus: windows from the inside (glass and frames), inside the oven and fridge, behind and under furniture, skirting boards in full, light fixtures, ventilation grilles, radiators, balconies and terraces.
  • After renovation — construction dust, paint marks, leftover building materials. Requires special equipment and products — ordinary cleaning can't handle it.
  • Between tenants — a deep changeover for short-term rental properties: kitchen and bathroom in full, all rooms, washing of textiles.
  • Seasonal cleaning of windows and balconies — windows inside and out (where safely accessible), balconies, terraces, garden furniture. Once or twice a year.

How it works in practice

  1. You describe the property and the task

    Floor area, number of rooms, type of cleaning (standard or specialised), the format you want (subscription or one-off), particulars — pets, balcony, open-plan kitchen.

  2. We agree the price

    Based on the description we work out a fixed price. For specialised tasks and non-standard properties — first a visit to assess, then confirmation. No surprise extra charges at the end.

  3. We sort out access

    If we already have your keys — we use them. If not — we agree: in person at the first cleaning, a spare key with a neighbour, a keypad lock.

  4. Cleaning to the checklist

    The cleaner arrives at the agreed time and does the work to the approved format. On request — photographs the key areas before and after.

  5. Results guarantee

    After the cleaning — a report. If something's not right — you message us within 24 hours, we come back and finish it free of charge. No questions asked.

What standard cleaning does not include

  • Washing and ironing of linen and clothes — can be added as a separate option.
  • Deep cleaning of carpets and upholstered furniture — a separate service with professional extraction equipment, discussed individually.
  • Cooking — not part of cleaning.
  • Plant care — discussed separately on request.
  • Washing windows from the outside above the ground floor — requires special clearance; discussed separately within seasonal cleaning.

Three formats. Standard by subscription (min. 3 months) — your products and equipment, a fixed schedule. Standard one-off — the same format with no further commitment. Specialised (deep clean, after renovation, between tenants, seasonal) — professional equipment and products provided by us. The price is worked out by the property's floor area in advance, with no surprise extra charges. Property Care subscribers: a 10% discount and priority.

Yours — the vacuum, mop, household products and equipment already in the apartment. We bring nothing with us except the cleaner. That's exactly what keeps the price of standard cleaning low. If you want specific products used (eco, hypoallergenic) — just leave them out. If something specific needs buying — we do it by receipt with no mark-up.
In two things: the scope of work and the equipment. Specialised cleaning covers areas standard cleaning doesn't reach — windows, the insides of cupboards, skirting boards, radiators, hard-to-reach places. And for that we bring professional equipment and products. That is why the price is fundamentally different.
Yes. One-off standard cleaning is available with no further commitment whatsoever. The price per visit is slightly higher than by subscription — the standard difference between a regular format and a one-off.
Not a problem — we work in homes with pets. Let us know in advance so the cleaner knows how to behave. Hair, litter tray, bowls — within the standard scope of cleaning.
It depends on the floor area and the format. A standard one-room apartment — 2–3 hours, a two- or three-room one — 3–5 hours. A deep clean or after-renovation cleaning — considerably longer, sometimes a full day with a team.
You message us within 24 hours of the cleaning and describe what's not right. We come back and finish it free of charge — that's the basic guarantee on every cleaning.
Several options: we already have your spare key (through a Key Holding subscription or a one-off handover), a keypad lock, a key with a neighbour, or we meet in person at the first cleaning. We agree the method in advance.
