Prices on this page are for information and promotional purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. The final price is determined individually and fixed in a quote before work begins. See the General Terms and Conditions.

Four things to know before you look at the prices

Fixed prices, agreed in advance

We don't issue invoices for unexpected work. Before we start, you know exactly what the job will cost. The price can only change if hidden circumstances come to light that couldn't be spotted beforehand — and only with your agreement.

Inclusive prices

The prices include the time and effort of a DomCare specialist. Standard consumables (silicone, small fixings, batteries) are usually already included. Any materials are passed on to you at cost, with a receipt.

No VAT at this stage

DomCare operates as a registered s.p. (sole proprietor). At this stage we are not VAT-registered — all prices are final, without VAT. If the company's tax status changes, we'll let clients know in advance.

Minimum €69 per visit

If the cost of a specific job is below €69, the minimum visit charge applies. If it's higher, the job price applies. Multiple services on one visit are added together.

Property Care subscriptions

Regular local care with a clearly defined set of responsibilities. Three tiers — choose what fits your situation. All prices are per month.

First on-site visit — free of charge

Before starting a subscription, we come to you in person — see the property, take measurements, draw up a personalised checklist, discuss the specifics, and help choose the right package. This is a free visit for subscription services — no prepayment, no obligation.

* Prices are for a typical residential property (apartment or small house). For non-standard properties (very large apartments, villas, houses over 250 m², multiple properties under one contract) — price is agreed individually.

* Standard subscription terms are 6 or 12 months. Within the chosen term, the care price is fixed and won't change. Other terms — individually by arrangement. After the term ends, the contract renews automatically, or you move to one-off services — by arrangement.

Key Holding — the lightest subscription format

For when you don't need regular visits, but you do need a trusted person with your keys and priority for an urgent visit.

Price modifiers and zone policy

Urgent

On top of the base price — for services carried out the same day or the next day, with priority ahead of other clients.

Work outside business hours

On top of the base price for work during:

  • Weekdays after 18:00 and before 8:00
  • Weekends (Saturday, Sunday)
  • Slovenian public holidays

If a task is both urgent and outside business hours, the higher multiplier applies — they don't stack.

Service zones

Base prices apply to the following zones:

Surcharge for travel outside the main zones:

€1.20 per kilometre of one-way distance beyond the zone boundary. Minimum €5 if there is any travel outside the zone. Beyond 120 km from base — quoted individually.

The formula covers the real cost of the journey: fuel (~€14 per 100 km round-trip) + travel time at our internal rate of €45/h.

Examples:

  • 22 km from base (2 km outside zone) → minimum €5
  • 50 km from base (30 km outside zone) → 30 × €1.20 = €36
  • 70 km from base (50 km outside zone) → 50 × €1.20 = €60
  • 100 km from base (80 km outside zone) → 80 × €1.20 = €96

Discounts and special offers

Subscriber discount

Property Care subscribers (Basic/Standard/Premium) and Key Holding clients get −10% on any one-off work.

−5–10%

Long-term prepayment

For one-off services with long-term plans (for example, an annual rental-support package or quarterly regular cleaning):

  • −5% with quarterly prepayment
  • −10% with annual prepayment

15% off your first service

If you're just getting to know DomCare and want to try working together, you can get −15% on your first service in exchange for:

  • Agreeing to let us use material from your case for our portfolio (anonymised as you wish)
  • An honest written review published on our channels and agreed for placement
  • A willingness to help improve our processes through feedback

We'll agree the details and exact terms in writing when you place your first order.

Discounts don't stack. If several could apply at once, the single largest one applies.

Payment terms

All prices are in euros (EUR).

VAT

When payment is due

  • One-off services — payment is made in advance, before work begins.
  • Contract services (subscriptions) — a fixed monthly payment on an agreed schedule. Additional work beyond the package is paid within 3 business days of receiving the report.
  • Purchases and materials — for large purchases, a separate prepayment may be required, agreed in advance.

Payment methods

Bank transfer (invoice), card payment, payment by link. The specific methods are agreed when the contract is set up.

Common questions about pricing

What if the task turns out to be more complex while you're working on it?

If hidden circumstances come to light that couldn't have been spotted beforehand, we contact you, describe the situation, and agree on the next steps and the price. We don't do any work beyond the original scope without your approval.

When does the urgent multiplier apply?

The urgent format (×1.4) applies when you need us to visit the same day or the next day, with priority ahead of other clients. It's a charge for priority in the queue.

Can I book a service outside the main service zone?

Yes, we travel beyond the main zones. A zone surcharge applies (see the "Price modifiers and zone policy" section). For very remote properties, we discuss it individually.

Is VAT included in the prices?

At this stage DomCare is not VAT-registered. Prices are final. If the company's tax status changes, we'll let clients know in advance and adjust the rates in line with the applicable rules.

What's covered by the "simple tasks time" in the Standard and Premium subscriptions?

This is time included in the subscription for simple tasks during the scheduled visit that don't require a separate trip, purchases, a licensed specialist, or extra materials. For example: hanging a picture, tightening loose hinges, replacing a bulb, adjusting a door. For more complex tasks, or work that requires a separate visit, one-off service rates apply (with the subscriber discount).

Can I change my subscription package?

You can move up to a higher package at any time — we switch from the start of the next billing month. You can't move down to a lower package while the contract is running: we set aside our time and plan the schedule around your package from the outset.

What is the contract term?

What counts as "materials" by default?

On a one-off visit and with handyman work we bring standard consumables with us (silicone, basic fixings, washers, batteries) — their cost is usually already included in the price of the work. Specific parts (a particular lock, a particular mixer tap) are bought by the client in advance, or we buy them by arrangement and hand them over with the receipt.

Can I get a receipt or invoice for accounting?

Yes. Every service is documented as a standard invoice from DomCare s.p., showing the company details, your details, the list of work, and the total amount. Suitable for both private and business clients.

Can I get a more detailed estimate for furniture assembly or specific tasks?

Yes. We prepare a personalised estimate from a description (with a photo of the item or a product link) or after an on-site visit. The service pages show broad prices for budget planning. The exact amount for your task is agreed when you place the order.
