One-off Visit on request
When you just need someone to be on site instead of you — to open up, meet someone, wait, hand something over, take a look. One task, one visit, problem solved. No subscriptions, no commitments.

When you need this service
- Meet someone and let them in A courier, a tradesperson, a gas technician, an inspector, a surveyor, scheduled servicing of a boiler or air conditioner — someone needs to open up, stay nearby, sign, lock up afterwards. At your address or any other address within our service area.
- Wait for someone "The delivery will arrive between 9 and 14", "the tradesperson will come after lunch" — someone has to wait instead of you. Waiting is a normal, common one-off task, not an annoying afterthought.
- Hand over, drop off, pick up Documents to a notary, keys to an agency, a forgotten item to a tenant, something from point A to point B. Not necessarily property-related — just a delivery done by our own hands on the ground.
- Hand over and collect keys Meet a tenant, a guest or a tradesperson, hand over the keys, and collect them back if needed.
- Take a look and tell you what is happening A neighbour mentioned the sound of running water or a stain on the ceiling, an alarm went off, a worrying letter arrived — you need someone to go over, see it with their own eyes, shut off the water if there is an obvious leak, and tell you right away what to do next.
- Take meter readings For a report, for settling up with a tenant, or for passing on to a building management company.
- Simply be present on your behalf Sign for a registered letter, be on site for a scheduled visit, open the door for a furniture delivery or a cleaner.
What the service includes
A one-off visit is presence, not tools
A one-off visit is when you need our person to be on site instead of you and carry out a simple action: open up, meet someone, wait, hand something over, drop something off, take a look, read a meter. All of this needs only a person and time. As soon as a task needs a tool, a skill or specialist knowledge — putting up a shelf, fixing a tap, replacing a mixer tap, assembling a cabinet — that is Repairs & Handyman: the tradesperson will arrive with the right tools straight away. > **If it needs only a person and time, it is a one-off visit. If it also needs a tool, it is a different service.** If you are unsure which service a task belongs to, just describe it and we will tell you the right format right away.
A visit to the address
We arrive at the agreed address at the agreed time — at your property or any other within our service area.
Presence and a simple action (up to one hour)
The basic unit of the service is one visit of up to an hour on site. That hour covers what a one-off visit is called for: to meet someone, open up, wait, hand something over, take a look, read a meter. Whether it is work or waiting, to us it is the same thing: our person's time at your address. If it turns out along the way that more than an hour is needed, or the task goes beyond simple presence, we get in touch with you and agree the next step.
A full report on what was done
After the visit you receive a report in our communication channel: what was done, photos where relevant, the total time on site, the final cost. Documents and signed papers — we include them.
How it works in practice
You get in touch
Message us on a messenger, by e-mail, or call. Describe the task — what needs doing, at which address, by when.
We agree the format and cost
We clarify the details, estimate the time on site, and calculate the cost. If a task needs a tool, we will tell you honestly straight away and suggest the right service. We send you a confirmation.
Payment
For one-off visits, payment is made in advance.
The visit and the work
We arrive at the agreed time, carry out the task, and document the process where needed.
Report
We send you a report on what was done. If something came up during the visit that we did not close, we describe what is needed next and discuss the following steps.
What the service does not include
- Any work involving a tool — to fix, hang, assemble, replace, tighten, adjust. That is Repairs & Handyman.
- Cleaning — even a one-off. That is the \"Cleaning\" service.
- Work on the grounds — mowing, pruning, leaves. That is "Garden & Outdoor".
- Regular visits to the property — for that, "Property Care" is the right fit.
- Tasks longer than an hour and multi-day projects with a contractor — these are arranged individually or as "Contractor Support".
- Shopping trips that involve travelling to buy goods — these take considerably longer than an hour and are priced separately.
- Work that requires special licences — gas work, electrical installation to code with connection to the grid, cadastral surveys.
