We work with both homes and commercial properties — small hotels, apartments, guest houses, offices, coworking spaces. For regular volumes we set separate terms.
How it works
Dry preparation
A professional vacuum lifts dust, hair, and crumbs from the surface and out of the seams. Without this step, wet cleaning turns dust into mud.
A test on a hidden area
We check the fabric's reaction to the agent where it can't be seen. Always, on every item.
Treatment with the solution
We apply a professional agent matched to the type of soiling and the type of fabric, let it work, and treat stains separately.
Extraction
The machine drives the solution deep into the fibre under pressure and immediately draws it back out together with the dissolved dirt. This step is what separates real deep cleaning from a surface treatment.
Drying
We speed it up with forced drying. You can use the furniture again in 4–8 hours, or 2–3 with turbo drying.
Before/after photos
We send them to your email. Even if you aren't home, you still see the result.
We bring everything ourselves
We arrive with our own equipment, our own cleaning agents, and our own water if needed. All we need from you is a power socket and access to the item.
What we don't take on and what we don't promise
We say this honestly and up front — it prevents disputes after the fact and helps you decide with your eyes open.
We don't take on without an inspection first
Silk, expensive velvet, antique and restored furniture. Leather and faux leather — that's a different technology and different chemistry, we do clean it, but separately and by arrangement. Items with clearly damaged or coming-apart upholstery.
We don't promise full removal of
Old dye stains — wine, ink, hair dye, antiseptic dye, marker. Traces of rust and mould that have penetrated the filling. An odour whose source is inside the filling — in that case it's more honest to replace the item than to clean it.
What we do in those cases
We tell you before starting, show you a realistic expected result — and you decide for yourself. If we take it on, we work to the full, but we don't guarantee the result on such stains and we write that into the booking confirmation.
What we guarantee
Fresh organic soiling, general soiling, dust, hair, everyday odours — they go. If the result doesn't match what we agreed, we come back and finish the job free of charge within 24 hours, as with any other cleaning.
