How we work
This page is a short walkthrough of how our work is organised — from your first message to a finished task and a clear report. At every step, we want you to know what is happening, what comes next, and exactly what you are paying for.

Getting to know you and defining the task
It all starts with a conversation. You message us in whichever messenger suits you, send an email, or call — whatever feels easiest. We reply as quickly as we can.
The point of this first conversation is to understand what you need and whether we can help. We listen, ask questions to clarify, and go into the details where it matters. This first contact commits you to nothing.
Our proposal
After that first conversation, we put together a proposal for your task.
If the task is clear from the start, we send the proposal quickly: what we can do and what it will cost. Sometimes that is a single service, sometimes a few options to choose from.
If an accurate price needs an in-person look at the property first, we arrange a visit. The visit itself commits you to nothing: we take a look, talk through the details, and then you receive a concrete proposal.
Agreements and terms
Once you are happy with the proposal, we put everything we have agreed in writing in a format that works for you.
The general terms on which we provide our services are set out in our public offer on the site — you can read it at any time. The specifics of your task — dates, scope, access details, contact people — we agree directly with you.
For ongoing work, we sign a separate contract that sets out the subscription format and the individual terms for your property.
Confidentiality and responsibility
We treat information about our clients and their properties with the greatest care. Everything we learn in the course of our work — addresses, access codes, details of the property, your plans and wishes — stays between us. We do not pass this information to third parties and we do not use it outside the scope of your task. We maintain confidentiality in full, within the bounds of applicable law.
We also take the question of ownership rights seriously. If work is carried out without the owner present, we always ask you to confirm your rights to the property before we begin — this protects both sides. In some cases, where the task calls for it — for example, when acting on your behalf with contractors, service providers, or government offices — a power of attorney may be needed. If so, we tell you in advance, while we are still discussing the task.
One channel of communication
So that every agreement, report, photo, and estimate is in one place for you, we suggest choosing one reliable channel of communication: WhatsApp, Telegram, or email — whichever suits you best.
In that channel, you receive:
- confirmed dates and times for the work
- estimates and invoices
- before-and-after photos where relevant
- a report on every completed task
- any clarifications and answers to your questions
Doing the work and reporting back
On the agreed date and time, we get to work.
If something changes along the way — for example, we find extra work that was not visible at the start — we tell you straight away and agree the next steps with you before going any further.
When the work is done, you receive a report: what was done, photos where relevant, and the final cost. We attach receipts for any materials and purchases.
Payment
How payment works depends on the way we work together.
- One-off services.
- If you come to us with a specific task outside an ongoing arrangement, payment is made in advance, before the work begins. This is the standard format for one-off requests.
- Services under contract.
- If you sign a contract with us for ongoing care, we can carry out the work without 100% prepayment. Payment for services under contract is due within three business days of receiving the report. The fixed monthly subscription fee is charged on an agreed schedule.
- Purchases and materials.
- If a task needs materials or supplies, we pass on their cost to you against the receipt, with no markup. Large purchases may need a separate prepayment, which we agree with you in advance.
Two ways to work with us
If you have a specific task — meeting a courier, getting the home ready for your arrival, organising repairs, helping with a move — we handle it and close it out. No commitment beyond that.
- One task, one result
- Fixed price agreed before work begins
- Report after completion
- No future commitment
If you expect to come to us often, or you want your property kept under steady watch, a subscription makes sense.
- A set list of services every month — you know in advance what your care covers
- Access to a 24/7 emergency line for urgent situations
- A guaranteed response time for urgent requests (depending on your subscription tier)
- Priority in the queue for one-off tasks, ahead of clients without a subscription
- A discount on one-off services beyond your subscription
- The option to work without 100% prepayment
