When you need this service
- You are moving into a new apartment or house A full move from packing to putting everything in place at the new home — or just the part of the process you need.
- You bought large furniture and need delivery and assembly A kitchen unit, wardrobe, bed, sofa, dining set — from IKEA or another maker. We bring it or receive the delivery and assemble it on site.
- You bought a major appliance and need it installed A fridge, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer — standard models that do not require connection by a licensed specialist.
- You want to get rid of old furniture Removal and disposal of a wardrobe, sofa, mattress, kitchen unit — anything that will not fit in a regular waste bin.
- You are getting an apartment ready for renovation Clearing a room of furniture — packing and moving it out temporarily, or shifting it into one room to free up space for the work.
- You received furniture from somewhere else Moving it from one place to another within Slovenia — from relatives, or from another property.
- You are leaving Slovenia or returning to your home country Disassembly, packing, coordination of international transport — we organise the Slovenian side of the process.

A full move

- Handover to specialised disposal points in line with Slovenian sorting rules

- Agreeing the moving time with the building manager
- Coordinating with furniture and appliance suppliers
- Parking permits where required
- Protecting entrances and lifts from damage
How it works in practice
You describe the task
You write or call us: the volume (how many rooms, any bulky items), where the move is to, your preferred timing. If you can, you send photos of the apartment or of specific items.
We agree the price
Based on your description and photos, we calculate a fixed price. If the task is complex, we come on site to assess it. We send a confirmation and a plan.
Preparation
We agree the date and time. If permits, coordination with the building manager or suppliers are needed, we arrange them in advance.
Carrying it out
We pack, load, transport, unload and assemble. We protect corners, walls and floors. If something comes up that substantially changes the scope, we contact you and agree it.
Final report
We send a photo report showing everything in place, and hand over the documents (disposal receipts, permits, delivery notes).
What the service does not include
- Connections that require a licence — gas hobs connected to gas, gas water heaters, complex electrical work. We help find a licensed specialist.
- Major renovation work before or after the move — that is the "Contractor Support" service.
- International moves as a complete service — we organise the local part in Slovenia. The international transport itself goes through specialised carriers.
- Storage services — we do not have a storage facility. We recommend specialised storage providers.
- Transport of live plants and animals — a specialised service with its own requirements.
- Transport of valuable art, antiques and musical instruments — there are specialised carriers with insurance cover for this.
