What the service includes

Holding a spare set of keys

We keep your set of keys in a secure place — a safe with restricted access. The keys are marked with an internal code that does not show your address. This is a basic safeguard in case an outsider were to gain access to the safe.

Holding digital access codes (on request)

If your property has keypad locks, a security alarm with a PIN, key boxes, or other electronic means of access, we can hold those codes too. In encrypted form, kept separately from any information about your address.

Priority for call-outs at your request

When you need us to come out, you go ahead of clients without a subscription. The call-outs themselves are charged at the one-off service rate.

Priority for emergency situations

In an urgent situation — a call from the neighbours, an alarm going off, a gas leak, a burst pipe — we respond to it as a priority task. The call-out itself is charged at the one-off service rate.

Handing keys to third parties on your instruction

On your written instruction (via messenger or email) we can hand the set of keys to a person you name — a guest, a tenant, a contractor. The keys are then returned according to the process agreed with you.

How it works in practice

  1. Getting to know each other and signing up

    You get in touch with us, we agree on the format and the terms, set up the subscription, and put the terms in writing in a contract.

  2. Handing over the keys

    You hand us the spare set — in person, by courier, or by registered insured post. We enter the keys into our register under your internal code, with no public link to the address.

  3. The subscription is active

    From this point you have a priority channel. Any request for a call-out comes to us with priority over clients without a subscription.

  4. In an emergency — a priority response

    If an urgent situation arises, we respond to it as a priority task. The cost of the call-out itself is charged separately at the one-off service rate.

  5. Returning the keys

    If you come to Slovenia and want to take the key, you collect it at any time. If you decide to end the service, we return the set and close the subscription.

What the service does not include

  • Regular visits to the property — for that, "Property Care" is the right fit.
  • Free call-outs — the holding itself and the priority are part of the subscription, but each specific call-out is charged separately at the one-off work rate.
  • Managing the property while you are away — we do not act as an authorised representative making decisions about the property without a specific request from you.
  • Storing valuables, documents, or other items — we hold only keys and access codes.
  • Duplicating keys — we do not make copies of your keys. You order any additional sets yourself.
